Job summary

BÜCHI Labortechnik AG is seeking a Field Sales Account Manager West Switzerland to drive revenue, cultivate key accounts, and expand the customer base across pharma, food, chemical, cosmetics, and QC labs. You will conduct product demonstrations, lead technical presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing.

The role demands a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and autonomous territory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent and structured way of working with territory management.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Western Switzerland.
• Experience in laboratory technology or related technical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and achieve targets for Western Switzerland.
• Identify and develop new opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Manage a diverse customer portfolio including pharma, food, chemicals, cosmetics, QC labs, universities, and research institutes.
• Plan and run customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with proactive prospecting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Update activities in the CRM (Salesforce) and monitor market/competitor developments.
