Zentiva in Switzerland seeks a Sales Representative for Central Switzerland & Ticino to build strong relationships with pharmacies and self-dispensing physicians, driving sustainable commercial success. You will expand access to affordable healthcare by developing partnerships aligned with strategy and building a robust customer network.

You will manage partnerships, drive turnover, and ensure the rollout of Zentiva’s portfolio with a strong emphasis on customer experience and territory

Qualifikationen

• Business-fluent German (C1/C2) with the ability to engage confidently with physicians, pharmacy owners, and business stakeholders.
• Proven success in Swiss field sales within pharmaceuticals, generics, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience acquiring, retaining, and growing customer accounts.

Aufgaben

• Develop partnerships with SD Groups, pharmacies, networks and associations in line with strategy.
• Drive operational implementation of partnerships up to the final customer.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with SD-GPs and specialists in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Organize and deliver customer training courses and represent Zentiva at national congresses.
