Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Portuguese-speaking Consumer Experts for JTI in Greece. You will provide high-quality technical support and consumer guidance for the latest consumer electronics, while acting as a brand ambassador in a dynamic, international Athens office.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary plus two extra salaries (13th and 14th), a monthly performance bonus, fully paid training, health insurance, and a relocation package to Greece.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and consumer advice regarding latest consumer electronics innovations.
- Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring the JTI brand remains synonymous with excellence.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective solutions tailored to consumer needs.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the consumer electronics market.
- Maintain detailed records of consumer feedback to drive product improvement and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on trends and product releases to offer informed guidance.
