Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Expert to support Canon customers in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving technical questions with professionalism and speed.

You'll collaborate with international teams, maintain product knowledge, and participate in ongoing service improvement while enjoying a fully paid relocation package and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent written and spoken skills.
• Proficient in English to communicate with global teams.
• Experience delivering high-volume customer support is a plus.
