Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Basel is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Marketing ADS to lead market-led strategies for bioconjugates and integrated offerings, with three days in the office each week.

You will translate business objectives into go-to-market plans, gather insights to inform planning, develop compelling value propositions, and collaborate with sales, operations and R&D to coordinate launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant marketing experience, including strategic marketing and GTM execution.
• Ability to translate insights into clear priorities, differentiated positioning and practical marketing plans.
• Experience in market segmentation, value proposition development, offering launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing for an assigned technology area with 12-month plans.
• Gather customer, market and competitive insights for planning and targeting.
• Develop value propositions for bioconjugates and integrated offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, R&D to shape offerings and launches.
• Develop targeted campaigns and customer-focused content with other marketing functions.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize activities to improve results.
• Equip sales with training, presentations and marketing materials.
• Represent marketing in technology leadership meetings and coordinate budgets.
