FIA in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a senior F1 Augmented Reality Project Manager to lead a multi-year technical programme. You will coordinate suppliers, teams and internal stakeholders, challenging engineering proposals and driving complex technical decisions.

The role is based in Geneva, with possible consideration for London. You will guide systems integration, validation plans and risk management across safety-critical automotive technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Embedded Systems, Avionics or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years in engineering and project management with complex, safety-critical systems.
• Experience coordinating multi-supplier engineering programmes.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the multi-year technical roadmap, milestones and deliverables.
• Structure the programme across helmet/visor displays, HUD, sensors, positioning and fusion.
• Lead from concept through prototype development, integration and testing.
• Governance: risk, dependencies, resources and milestones.
