Motorsport Network, LLC in Geneva seeks an Application Software Engineer to advance embedded software for FIA Formula 1 platforms. You will design and monitor in-house software for the FIA Standard ECU and Accident Data Recorder to enforce regulatory compliance.

You will drive multi-system integration across control units, sensors, and telemetry networks, and build simulation and testing tools to accelerate validation. Trackside support near 12 events yearly is included.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required in Electronics, Control Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in embedded control systems or real-time software in motorsport.
• Experience with FIA standards, ECU, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to work trackside.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, validate and maintain in-house embedded software for FIA platforms.
• Lead end-to-end integration across control units, sensors and networks.
• Develop simulation, test, and data-analysis tools to accelerate validation.
• Perform functional and integration testing on bench and vehicle environments.
• Provide trackside support at events and analyze telemetry for compliance.
• Maintain code repositories with reviews and clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to development strategy and regulatory input for FIA.
