Job summary

Pictet Asset Services in Geneva seeks a six-month fixed-term Technology Team member to provide functional support for business applications and coordinate incidents with owners and technical teams. You’ll deliver user training, maintain documentation and contribute to release communications and UAT.

Ideal candidates have experience in application support, strong analytical skills and excellent communication. French (C2) and English (B2) are required; residency in Switzerland is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional application support or incident coordination.
• Ability to understand business applications and explain functionality clearly.
• Familiarity with Jira or comparable ticketing tool.
• Analytical skills and a practical approach to improving processes.
• Organisational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• French at C2 level and English at B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in user training, UAT or financial services would be an advantage.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, investigate user issues, assess their business impact and document them in Jira.
• Coordinate incident follow-up with application owners and technical teams, keeping users informed through to resolution.
• Assist users with access requests through established approval processes.
• Deliver application training, maintain user documentation and support release communications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyse recurring issues and user feedback to recommend improvements to applications, support processes and monitoring.
• Follow up on enhancement requests with Product Managers, who retain responsibility for prioritisation.
• Maintain documentation and handover records to ensure service continuity.

You will join our Technology team for a six-month assignment, helping clients and internal users make effective use of our business applications. Working with product, business and technical teams, you will combine functional support, user training and continuous improvement.
