We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.

Your role

• - Execute and book transactions such as subscriptions and transfers orders for PE Funds and Private Placements.
• - Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
• - Support and liaise with internal clients daily.
• - Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
• - Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.
• - Participate in UATs and projects.

Your profile

• - University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
• - Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Assets Operations is a plus.
• - Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
• - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
