Zusammenfassung

PAS's Fiduciaire Sàrl in Switzerland is seeking an accountant focused on accounts payable and cost accounting to help ensure accurate financial records, timely vendor payments, and effective cost control. You will process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, monitor costs, prepare cost reports, support month-end and year-end closings, and assist with budgeting and audits while upholding internal controls.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Cost Accounting.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP Business One).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Reporting Line: Head of Finance.

Aufgaben

Process and verify supplier invoices and prepare payments.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and analyze product, project, and operational costs.
Prepare cost reports and investigate variances.
Monthly Inventory update.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
