Job summary

PaymentGenes is expanding its iGaming-focused sales team and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive ANZ opportunities from a remote location. You will engage with iGaming operators, merchants, platforms, PSPs and aggregators to generate new business and partnerships while meeting revenue targets.

The role offers uncapped commission and flexibility to operate across Australia and New Zealand, with collaboration across the European team. Direct iGaming experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have hunter-style BD/sales experience.
• Proven track record in winning new business and opening relationships.
• Existing network within Australia and/or New Zealand's iGaming market.
• Direct iGaming experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationships at senior level.
• Ability to work autonomously and build a territory from scratch.
• Experience working toward revenue targets.
• Willingness to work on a B2B contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BD strategy across Australia and New Zealand in the iGaming sector.
• Leverage iGaming operators, merchants, platforms, PSPs, and aggregators in ANZ.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within high-risk payments and iGaming.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and manage a healthy pipeline.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and negotiation.
• Introduce payments solutions to relevant iGaming and high-risk merchants.
• Cultivate partnerships and strategic relationships across the region.
• Collaborate with Product, Payments, Compliance, Operations and Management teams.
