Jobup is seeking an innovative engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions in a flexible, modern office environment. You will integrate LLMs with core systems, Google Cloud, and APIs, building production-grade workflows with GDPR compliance and strong guardrails.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, ownership mindset, and collaboration with business units, requiring strong cloud, DevOps, and data stack skills in a multinational Swiss setting.

Qualifications

Production-ready code experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
Experience with AI, data stacks, and SQL.
Cloud infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent German and very good English for business communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live for AI solutions.
Integrate LLMs with core systems, Google Cloud, and APIs efficiently.
Establish production-grade AI workflows ensuring compliance and quality.
Translate business logic into code and enable squads to independently develop.
Transform recurring solutions into reusable software components and best practices.
