Zenline AI is seeking a founding engineer focused on AI infrastructure for an on-site role in Zurich. You will own and evolve the agentic workflow platform, data pipelines, scraping infrastructure, and reusable tools to power production AI systems.

You will work across backend systems, agent orchestration, data processing, observability, and deployment reliability, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver scalable workflows for retailers.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years building high-quality software systems.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications and agent workflows.
• Experience designing and improving data pipelines and scraping systems.
• Platform mindset: abstractions, reliability, observability, testing, and developer experience.
• Entrepreneurial ownership and comfortable in ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve the agentic workflow platform and reusable tools.
• Develop high-quality AI infrastructure and platform integrations.
• Scale data-fetching, scraping, enrichment, and processing pipelines for production use.
• Design efficient data infrastructure for large retail datasets and context provisioning.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to convert workflows into reusable platform capabilities.
• Improve the workflow builder, backend, and agent execution for enterprise environments.
