Jobgether is seeking a Data Platform Engineer (Mid-level) based in Switzerland. You will help transform an established data and ML platform into a scalable, self-service environment for engineering teams to operate independently.

You will build and improve deployment pipelines, IaC modules, and reusable tooling, collaborating across data, backend, and infrastructure to ensure reliable systems for a global shipping platform. Leadership of shared tooling roadmap is possible within six months.

Formación

• End-to-end deployment ownership with runbook documentation.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software/data/platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for professional tasks.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Responsabilidades

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and adapt workflows for reliable delivery.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code modules with existing patterns.
• Apply data governance standards for new data services and infrastructure.
• Build reusable platform tooling and templates for easy pipeline launches.
• Create modules to simplify pipeline creation and reduce repetitive work.
• Own data access workflows and platform tooling roadmap.
• Collaborate across data, backend, and infrastructure teams.
