Oper seeks an AI-Native Implementation Manager to bring Herman and the platform into large financial institutions. You will help build the services organization and run implementations from day one, closely aligning client needs with product architecture.

You will work with on-site support as needed while coordinating distributed teams and staying close to customers. You will translate complex IT and AI concepts for clients, drive change inside banks, and contribute to the product roadmap with

Aufgaben

• Run Herman and platform implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the bank: product, risk, IT, business.
• Coordinate distributed engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Translate architectural and compliance decisions into client-facing language.
• Drive change inside the institution beyond feature delivery.
• Feed the roadmap with field experience informing product strategy.
• Leverage AI to shape work; build tools and reusable building blocks.
• Help grow Oper's professional services organisation with leadership.
