Zusammenfassung

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise deployments of ElevenAgents. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and product teams to translate customer problems into actionable AI solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Based remotely in Switzerland with travel to customers, you will own end‑to‑end deals, shape implementation plans, and help expand ElevenLabs’ AI platform across industries. Fluency in English and German is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct with enterprise sales cycles experience.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end‑to‑end, including commercial terms and pricing.
• Embed inside strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high‑impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI solutions.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand global AI solutions.
• Present results and future work proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
