In this role, you will shape priorities, monitor KPIs, and support governance bodies to ensure responsible AI adoption while delivering tangible business outcomes in a global wealth management environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in financial services and wealth management preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI technology, process re-engineering and analytics.
• Ability to translate transformation topics into clear messages.

• Identify AI ideas and evaluate opportunities across the bank.
• Analyse end-to-end processes to design AI-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and plan delivery-ready initiatives.
• Define KPIs and report progress, adoption, and value delivered.
• Support AI governance and risk management bodies.
