UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a senior Operations & AI lead based in Genf, Switzerland. The role focuses on reviewing end-to-end processes, driving efficiency, and improving service quality while managing risk in a regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Management, and IT to identify AI and automation opportunities that deliver measurable value and ensure governance and compliance across operations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in finance or IT is required.
• Hands-on experience partnering with Data/IT on AI or automation initiatives.
• Strong track record in process review and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases in Operations.
• Partner with Data/IT to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Coordinate AI delivery lifecycle: data sourcing, model training, deployment and monitoring.
• Review existing operational processes for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and challenges.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure process improvements.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes.
• Ensure changes comply with regulatory framework and internal policies.
• Document processes and target operating models.
