Zusammenfassung

Sixsentix in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a QA Project / Success Manager to own end-to-end client delivery, from alignment with Sales to onboarding, execution and completion. You’ll manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones, scope and quality meet agreed targets.

You bring several years of ICT project management or QA leadership, with certification like IPMA or ISTQB advantageous; strong communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships; and

Qualifikationen

• Several years of ICT project management, QA/test management or comparable client-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance and SDLC.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of QA-focused client projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Own onboarding, scope alignment, milestones, responsibilities and success criteria.
• Act as central contact for clients and internal teams; manage escalations and timely issue resolution.
• Plan, manage and coordinate projects across teams and workstreams.
• Ensure delivery according to scope, timelines, quality standards and budget.
• Establish governance with planning, status reporting and risk management.
• Translate client needs into clear objectives and actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, identify risks early and mitigate them.
• Build trusted client relationships and seek opportunities to expand collaboration.
• Share knowledge and support development of Sixsentix services.
