Qestit Ag in Switzerland seeks a Senior Consultant Test Management to plan, implement and monitor test processes, ensuring software quality and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve optimal results across projects.

You will drive test strategies, mentor colleagues, manage test cycles, and report on progress, with exposure to banking and insurance domains, ISTQB certification requirements, and opportunities for remote or hybrid work within a family‑oriented, professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
• Knowledge of processes and methods; practical skills in software development and project management (Scrum).
• Strong client and service orientation with confident communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
• Fluent German (C1) and ISTQB certification are required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and steer tests with stakeholders across project phases.
• Manage bug fixes, test releases and reporting of test progress.
• Create and deliver training on test management tools and processes.
• Define overarching test strategy and develop functional test cases.
• Grow long-term client relationships through expertise.
• Mentor colleagues with experience and support their development.
• Identify risks in testing early and develop suitable mitigations.
