Sixsentix AG is seeking a driven QA Project / Success Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for successful client delivery across Switzerland and beyond. You will align with Sales/Pre-Sales, onboard project teams, and manage execution to project completion, ensuring clear milestones and outcomes.

You will oversee client relationships, coordinate across multiple teams, and translate requirements into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement and value delivery for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of ICT project management, QA/test management or technology consulting with client-facing experience.

• Proven track record managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

• Take end-to-end ownership of QA focused client projects, ensuring successful delivery from project start through execution and completion.
• Own the client onboarding experience and ensure clear alignment on scope, expectations, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including ownership of escalations and timely resolution of issues.
• Plan, manage and coordinate projects across different teams, workstreams, and stakeholders; ensure delivery according to scope, timelines, quality standards and budget.
• Establish effective project governance, including planning, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate client needs and business requirements into clear project objectives and actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress and success through KPIs and metrics; identify risks proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on satisfaction, delivery, and long-term collaboration.

As a QA Project / Success Manager, you take end-to-end responsibility for successful client delivery – from the initial alignment with Sales and Pre-Sales on client expectations, through project team onboarding and execution, to successful project completion. You manage the client relationship throughout these early delivery stages, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, expectations, milestones, and success criteria. Once the project is successfully completed, you ensure a smooth handover to the Account Management team for long-term client relationship management and delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of QA focused client projects, ensuring successful delivery from project start and initial setup through execution and completion
• Own the client onboarding experience and ensure clear alignment on scope, expectations, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria
• Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including ownership of escalations and timely resolution of issues
• Plan, manage and coordinate our projects across different teams, workstreams, and stakeholders
  Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget
• Establish effective project governance, including planning, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication
• Translate client needs and business requirements into clear project objectives and actionable delivery plans
• Monitor project progress and success through relevant KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying risks
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction, successful delivery, and long-term collaboration
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve project delivery, QA processes, and ways of working, while proactively recognizing additional client needs and potential opportunities to expand our collaboration
• Contribute your knowledge and experience to the Sixsentix consulting community, and support the continuous development of our services

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in ICT project management, QA/test management, technology consulting, or a comparable client-facing role, and hold a recognized project management certification such as IPMA or equivalent. ISTQB certification is considered an advantage
• You have a solid understanding of software quality assurance, testing and the software development lifecycle, enabling you to effectively lead QA-focused projects
• You have proven experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, and understand how to apply agile delivery frameworks effectively in client environments
• You are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership, quickly understanding complex client environments, and translating priorities into clear, structured, actionable plans
• You know how to bring people together, enable them to perform at their best, and foster effective collaboration across teams, recognizing when someone needs support and stepping in to provide it
• You have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, acting confidently as a central point of contact between technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Experience in banking, insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage
• Interest in AI, AI-driven quality engineering, and emerging technologies is essential for this role
• Fluency in German and English is required
