Neural Concept in Lausanne and Cambridge seeks a Product Manager or Solution Owner for its Vertical Solutions. You will own the product lifecycle end to end, translating customer needs into a roadmap and shipping AI‑powered workflows across design, simulation, and data science/ML.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and customer teams to ensure adoption and measurable value, while prototyping with AI tools to move ideas quickly from concept to prototype in a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience end‑to‑end, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Hands‑on with AI coding/prototyping tools and scripting to build/test ideas.
• Exposure to CAD/CAE/PLM workflows and engineering software.
• Strong discovery and customer empathy skills for translating needs into a narrative.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery: interviews, validate problem‑solution fit, translate insights into strategy/backlog.
• Define and prioritize requirements, write specs, and make roadmap tradeoffs focused on impact.
• Use AI‑based development tools and scripting to prototype and present working solutions to customers.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to move prototypes to production.
• Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects and feed insights into the roadmap.
• Align vertical initiatives with overall company strategy.
