Nexthink in Lausanne is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own Mobile and drive adoption, ARR growth, and sales alignment across the organization. You’ll own the roadmap, adoption motion, and pricing strategy, shaping success before scaling to VDI.

This first-hire role requires field exposure, strong business impact focus, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing scale-up. You’ll partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and solutions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• ARR growth track record and defense of growth story.
• Experience owning a product line and its roadmap, not just supporting one.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise sales motions and deal cycles.
• Comfort with enterprise IT/EUC buyers and stakeholders.
• Ability to demo products and explain how it works across rounds of questions.
• Proactive, autonomous work style and building trust with non-reporting colleagues.
• Strong organizational discipline with blockers and syncs management.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years of compounded impact.
• Thrives in a fast-moving scale-up with shifting priorities.
• Based in or relocating to Lausanne and willing to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own the Mobile roadmap and adoption motion, later extending to VDI.
• Maintain a 360° view of pipeline and POV engagements and blockers.
• Ensure post-sale implementation and consistent adoption of Mobile.
• Capture customer intelligence on usage, deployment, and IT strategy.
• Embed with sales and become a trusted partner in deals and reviews.
• Align sales, solution consulting, services, marketing, and engineering around one plan.
• Translate field learnings into prioritized blockers and product priorities.
• Lead pricing and packaging adaptations with product marketing and sales.
• Be measured on Mobile adoption and ARR growth.
