Neural Concept is seeking a Product Manager for its Vertical Solutions in Lausanne/Cambridge. Hybrid work with a 40% remote model, you will own end-to-end product development from discovery to production, shaping AI-assisted workflows that integrate design, simulation and data science.

You will partner with customers to translate needs into a concrete roadmap and drive adoption across engineering and data science teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience end-to-end in enterprise or technical B2B contexts.
• Hands-on with AI-based development tools and scripting (Python).
• Exposure to CAD/CAE/PLM workflows and engineering software.
• Strong discovery and customer empathy skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery interviews and translate insights into strategy and backlog.
• Define requirements, write specs, and balance roadmap tradeoffs for impact.
• Collaborate with engineers to move prototypes to production-ready solutions.
