Nexthink is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join the AI research team. You will build advanced prototypes of AI-powered capabilities, run experiments, and help decide which ideas become products for Nexthink customers.

You should be excited by AI, able to prototype quickly, and focused on delivering a smooth user experience. The role involves mentoring engineers and collaborating across product and leadership in a hybrid setup.

Aufgaben

• Build advanced prototypes of AI-powered capabilities fast and usable by real users.
• Create demos and run experiments to prove value for users and inform product direction.
• Make design and architecture decisions to keep prototypes fast and viable for productisation.
• Experiment with new AI tools; share learnings with the internal AI community; raise engineering bar through code reviews and pairing.
