Nexthink, the leader in digital employee experience management software, is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer / Tech Lead to design and build scalable, reliable backend systems for Nexthink Assist, our AI-native product. You will own key backend components end to end and work across teams to deliver production-ready services.

You will develop cloud-native Java services (17+) on AWS, with Docker and Kubernetes, for real-time data processing and AI-driven conversations.
