You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects and business stakeholders, and support consultants and business developers through the sales cycle.

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, etc.
• Experience in Data/AI-related work.
• Wide-ranging data / AI literacy with opinions on topics like Responsible AI, Data Mesh, Synthetic data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Assertive, eloquent, proactive and enthusiastic
• Customer-centric with ability to communicate across disciplines and levels of seniority
• Results-oriented and able to win over stakeholders and decision-makers

Aufgaben

• Support Data & AI projects from development to pre-sales, delivery and relationship management as trusted advisor.
• Bridge the gap between delivery teams (Data scientists, Data engineers, Architects or Software Developers) and business stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Assist consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline, from early positioning to concrete proposals.
• Act as an ambassador and thought leader, publishing impactful content and speaking at professional events.
• Develop reusable assets, packaged offerings, templates or demonstrators to improve team effectiveness.
