Zusammenfassung

Zühlke is seeking a Data & AI Consultant in Switzerland. You will ensure data and AI projects deliver impact, from strategy and transformation to delivery and ongoing advisory. You’ll lead use-case discovery, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and executives.

Strong German and English communication is essential. You’ll contribute to growth by supporting consultants and business developers along the sales cycle, and you’ll publish insights

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, etc.
• Experience in Data/AI-related work.
• Wide-ranging data/AI literacy with topics like Responsible AI, Data Mesh, Synthetic data.
• Experience working on data/AI topics including strategy, transformation or development of data/AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Help clients achieve their data & AI ambitions on diverse projects, from strategy to delivery.
• Lead discovery, manage product backlogs, supervise delivery teams, ensure user acceptance.
• Align architectures to requirements, define service models and oversee data product delivery.
• Bridge delivery teams and business stakeholders at all levels, from CxOs to junior staff.
• Support consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline, from initial meetings to proposals.
• Act as ambassador and thought leader, publishing content and speaking at events.
• Develop reusable assets, templates, and demonstrators to improve team effectiveness.
