• Build libraries for display and selection, including oligo pools and barcoding.
• Run end-to-end selections and decide if a round enriched real binders.
• Choose platform per campaign and set up the workflow accordingly.
• Own sequencing data analysis; ensure timely handoff to automation.
• Hand off protocols to automation and ensure end-to-end reproducibility.
• Close the loop by linking design selection to downstream expression and assay results.
