Zusammenfassung

Adaptyv, Lausanne-based, seeks a driven scientist to scale data generation for AI-driven wet lab workflows. You will build libraries, run end-to-end selections, and choose the appropriate platform per campaign, ensuring the sequencing analysis is ownable and that automation can take over.

You will drive protocol automation and work across multiple target classes with AI-assisted design. This role is hands-on, startup-paced, and requires strong bioengineering skills.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field, plus 3+ years running display and selection yourself.
• You have set up a display platform, not just used one.
• Depth in at least one display format and working literacy across the rest.
• High-diversity cloning and understanding bias in pools.
• NGS as a routine tool and FACS if available.
• Enough Python or R to analyze your own data.
• You use AI tools seriously and can judgment-check results.
• A self-starter who drives and learns quickly.
• Startup speed with working protocols automated.
• Data-driven mindset, not a hit list.

Aufgaben

• Build the libraries: oligo pools, combinatorial assembly, barcoding.
• Run selections end-to-end and decide enrichment outcomes.
• Choose platform per campaign and stand it up.
• Own the sequencing analysis; ensure no bottlenecks.
• Hand off to automation; ensure automation can run without you.
• Close the loop with measurement of designs by the team next door.
