Zusammenfassung

Sixsentix is seeking an AI Conversational Platform Manager to lead Companion knowledge, AI skills, and quality governance. You’ll work closely with analysts, architects, testers, and clients to shape enterprise AI solutions from pilot through readiness for broader use.

You will own data quality, play a pivotal role in workshops, and ensure compliant, scalable, and measurable AI delivery across diverse industries. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, knowledge management, QA, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong ability to structure complex domain knowledge and document requirements clearly.
• Hands‑on experience using an LLM assistant, AI platform, or agent‑based solution in a professional context.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs for correctness, grounding, and risk.
• Ability to work with client stakeholders in workshops and on‑site as required.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain Companion knowledge, prompts, instructions, AI Skills, and configurations through a controlled lifecycle.
• Translate business and QA documentation into structured, Companion‑ready knowledge.
• Facilitate client and SME sessions to capture domain knowledge and expected behavior.
• Define quality criteria, test sets, and evaluation approaches for Companion performance.
• Review outputs for correctness, grounding, and risk; ensure data governance and confidentiality.
• Coordinate integration of knowledge/configuration via MCP/API connections to source systems.
