Zusammenfassung

SIX is seeking an AI Software Architect to shape and execute the AI SDLC across the organization. You will design reference patterns, tooling, and quality gates for AI-augmented development in a regulated financial market infrastructure, and drive adoption across teams you don’t manage.

You will lead with architectural thinking, code review, and strong collaboration with engineers, risk, and security. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and the role reports to the Head of Software

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on SDLC experience.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated, business-critical environments.
• Proven ability to influence engineers and lead practice across teams.
• Fluent in English; German language skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate the AI software engineering strategy into working practice.
• Design, prototype and harden reference patterns, tooling and reusable components.
• Set deepest technical standards for AI-based development and reviews.
• Support and execute people transformation to unlock AI-augmented engineering.
• Drive lighthouse engagements and measure backlog impact before scaling.
