Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Innovation Hub GmbH seeks a strategic leader to drive enterprise AI governance and responsible AI across a decentralized organization. You will shape frameworks, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliant, value-driven AI adoption from the AI Hub.

You will lead one direct report, influence across divisions, and partner with executives to translate an AI strategy into actionable programs with measurable outcomes. Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Excellent communication across cultures, functions, and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Lead AI education, literacy, and workforce enablement initiatives.
• Drive change management and cultural transformation toward AI-enabled ways of working.
• Lead, coach, and develop one direct report and mobilize cross-functional teams.
• Represent Hexagon in external AI governance, literacy, and enterprise transformation discussions.
