Amcor is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Director to lead the AFEMEA strategy and major transformation initiatives across 20+ countries. You will partner with BU leaders to identify growth opportunities, build a robust strategic roadmap and ensure disciplined execution with measurable results.

Fluency in English is required; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred. The role offers a hybrid work model within a global packaging leader focused on sustainable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation or corporate development.
• Strong background in strategy consulting and leading complex programmes.
• Experience in multi-country manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
