Kenvue is seeking a Director of Packaging EMEA based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid work model. You will lead regional packaging R&D, drive a consumer-centric, compliant, sustainable pipeline, and partner across Marketing, Design, R&D, and Supply Chain to shape strategy and execution.

The role requires 9+ years in packaging R&D across multiple categories, plus 3+ years of senior leadership in a multi-country team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology or related field.
• 9+ years of packaging R&D and innovation experience across multiple categories.
• Experience leading multi-segment, multi-market portfolios.
• ≥3 years of senior people leadership across geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Role includes ~5 direct reports and ~25 staff in total.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional Packaging R&D strategy aligned with global priorities across brands and categories.
• Own end-to-end packaging delivery including innovation, renovation, and supply continuity.
• Drive Right-First-Time execution, governance, and speed-to-market improvements.
• Partner with regional operations for scale-up, transfer, and crisis readiness.
• Build and develop multi-country teams with a culture of agility and accountability.
• Develop capabilities in Sustainable packaging, digital tools, and analytics.
• Establish flexible resourcing (insourced/outsourced/partners) for priorities.
• Lead cross-segment and global integration within ONE Packaging R&D.
• Identify and translate consumer, tech, and sustainability trends into packaging solutions.
