Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM, Business, Procurement, Operations).
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations in a multinational.
• 3+ years managing packaging categories or related responsibilities.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes and markets.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations and contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Professional English proficiency; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in agriculture, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement packaging sourcing strategies across the EMEA region.
• Lead sourcing activities: RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid analysis, supplier selection.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with packaging suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage contract lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through market and spend analysis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and finance to support business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments and packaging innovations.
