Zusammenfassung

Avery Dennison seeks an EMENA Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role combines high‑level portfolio management with hands‑on oversight of certifications, audits, and committee representation to secure market access and enable growth.

You will lead submissions, stay ahead of EU regulatory changes, and coordinate with global teams on technical guidance and testing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Law or related field.
• Extensive experience in regulatory affairs within manufacturing or relevant industrial sector in Europe.
• Thorough knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, directives and compliance standards.
• Experience managing third‑party testing and accredited laboratory relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and manage compliance documentation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies across European markets and coordinate submissions and portfolio maintenance.
• Lead internal SME guidance on EU regulatory frameworks and upcoming changes affecting the business group.
• Represent the company in regulatory bodies and committees, ensuring alignment with internal strategies.
• Manage audit lifecycles for third‑party certifiers (e.g., TUV, UTAC) and readiness for CE and related certifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Legal to maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
