Job summary

OnTarget Communications in Basel seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Inspector to uphold airworthiness and regulatory compliance. You will conduct inspections in a Part 145/Part 21/CAMO context, audit programs, and maintain quality documentation.

The role requires AML holder with 4+ years in aerospace, strong analytical skills, and proactive drive to improve safety and efficiency within a high‑standard aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Specialist in aerospace.
• Knowledge of Part 145, Part 21, Part M/CAMO, and EASA regulations.
• AML holder.
• Experience auditing aviation operations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA inspections and audits within Part 145, Part 21, and CAMO environments.
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
• Perform internal audits and surveillance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.
• Develop, review, and update quality handbooks, procedures, and technical instructions.
• Support regulatory authority audits and customer quality reviews.
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organization.
