Job summary

Avec compétence GmbH in Nidwalden, Switzerland, seeks a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Lead for aerospace design and production to drive audits, EASA Part 21 compliance and QMS improvements in a highly regulated setting.

You will plan and conduct internal, external, and supplier audits; lead investigations; develop documentation; and serve as the regulatory expert to engineering and leadership; fluency in English is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management in regulated aerospace.
• Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part 21.
• Qualified Auditor with experience in internal, external, supplier and regulatory audits
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior management levels
• Fluent English (C2); German (B2) an advantage but not essential
