Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to safeguard aviation safety, drive a proactive quality culture, and ensure compliance with Part 145, Part 21, SMS and MOE requirements across the organization.

You will lead audits, investigations, staff assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with authorities, customers and OEMs to deliver effective quality and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten years of maintenance, production or design experience in aviation.
• Experience conducting Part 145 certifying staff assessments.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145/Part M/Part 21G/21J/66/147 and human factors.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct audits; coordinate resources; close corrective actions.
• Lead or support MEDA investigations; identify root causes and strengthen human factors.
• Conduct Part 145 certifying staff assessments; promote a proactive quality culture.
