Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Specialist in aerospace.
• Knowledge of Part 145, Part 21, Part M/CAMO, and EASA regulations.
• AML holder.
• Experience auditing aviation operations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA inspections and audits within Part 145, Part 21, and CAMO environments.
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
• Perform internal audits and surveillance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.
• Develop, review, and update quality handbooks, procedures, and technical instructions.
• Support regulatory authority audits and customer quality reviews.
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits within a Part 145, Part 21, and CAMO environment.
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
• Perform internal audits, inspections, and surveillance activities, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.
• Develop, review, and update quality handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and related documentation.
• Support regulatory authority audits and customer quality reviews.
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist within the aerospace industry
• Extensive knowledge of Part 145, Part 21, Part M/CAMO, and EASA regulations
• Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) holder
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector and/or practical auditing experience within an aviation environment.
• Strong experience preparing handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
