Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft in Stans, Switzerland, seeks a senior quality and regulatory expert to ensure compliance across the Design and Production Organisations under EASA Part 21. You will lead audits, drive QMS improvements, and mentor teams to strengthen regulatory culture.

The role requires extensive aerospace QA experience, strong stakeholder skills, and fluent English; German is a plus. A dynamic, international team and ongoing training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Management experience in a regulated aerospace environment.
• Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations, especially Part 21 (DO/PO).
• Auditor with experience in internal, external, supplier, and regulatory audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on audits across design and production organisations.
• Develop, maintain, and improve QMS documentation and compliance processes.
• Deliver training programs on regulatory and quality topics.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
