Must Have Skills/Experience

1. Experience and knowledge of WSDLs, ESB, web services
2. Good understanding of applicable business systems, interface development, usability concepts, and industry requirements
3. Technical skills in analytics, process mapping, gap analysis between systems, integration by working collaboratively with business units and technical teams
4. Ability to interpret client needs and scopes technical architecture based on evaluating conceptual, logical, and physical data models, entity relationships, and functional data structures in relation to the current business need
5. Solid understanding of integration activities through the entire software development life cycle between the local systems and national system
6. Ability to analyze thoroughly and propose effective solutions for interface projects and problems
7. Work under the minimal guidance of senior integration team members, designs routing, mapping, and scripting logic for interfaces
8. Demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills and maintain an overall knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and common programming tools
9. Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
10. Control solution by establishing specifications, coordinating production with programmers
11. Analyze requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications
12. Study current practices and suggest designing modifications
13. Validate results by testing programs
14. Experience working in an Agile environment

2. IIB (IBM Integration Bus)
3. IBM Infosphere Information Server Enterprise Edition
4. IBM Case Manager
5. IBM Master Data Manager, Reference Data Manager and Identity Insights
6. Cognos, Tableau, SPSS, I2, SQL Server, DB2
7. Business experience in regulatory/securities activities and knowledge of the Securities Act and other related compliance legislation is an asset

3. Development of an OSC business glossary
4. Data modeling
5. Iterative design and development of Interfaces as required
