  • Providing thought leadership and industry knowledge for their area of expertise and participating in knowledge transfer/mentorship within the team and business unit.
  • Staying current on emerging trends and developments and understanding the business, related tools, and techniques.
  • Contributing to and leading various ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned from time to time.

  • A strong team player with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • The ability to engage in active dialogue with internal and external stakeholders (Unit VP/Credit VP/AVP, Market Leads, clients, legal counsel, etc.).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and adapt to change in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
