The Senior Manager leads and oversees the governance of Global HR’s project portfolio in Canada ensuring plans/initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
You will provide financial expertise and project portfolio guidance to the HR community. The role drives portfolio planning, prioritization and business case approvals, produces global HR executive portfolio reports, and ensures compliance to the Bank’s Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF). The Senior Manager enables successful project funding and advocates for the Bank's enterprise delivery framework by acting as a central point of contact with the Enterprise PMO, ensuring GHR’s project portfolio remains compliant to the financial requirements under each project delivery gate, from project initiation to project close and post implementation review. The Sr. Manager is also accountable to day-to-day opex management within the HR Services organization, including FTE forecasting and other expenses.
