What is this opportunity?

The Identity Access Management (IAM) Business Systems Analysis team, within Global Security (GS), is undertaking multiple complex enterprise and customer related IAM initiatives, and we are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help in the delivery of these exciting and rewarding projects. In this role you will be responsible for business analysis activities on projects and enhancements to ensure objectives are met.You will be responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery - planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and UAT support. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you should be able to apply your competency to new and complex situations and guide other team members. The Senior Business Systems Analyst must analyze IAM requirements in business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, and meeting IAM controls in collaboration with other (IT & Business) teams.

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on iterative waterfall and Agile projects.
  • Working knowledge of IAM controls and tools.
  • Experience in requirements planning, stakeholder analysis, facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders, effort estimation, requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs, scope and change management, traceability, configuration management, backlog management
  • Ability to drive results, ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics with minimal escalation necessary.
  • Proven analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and facilitating discussions with senior leadership.
Nice to Have:
  • Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification or Masters Certificate in Business Analysis or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management, Information Security or Engineering, or related field
  • Working knowledge of IAM systems and products such as SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, Azure AD,
  • Working experience with ServiceNow, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git)
