  • Manage external advisors and counterparties; ensure workstream discipline and on‑time critical path.
  • Produce executive and Board‑quality materials that clearly articulate strategic rationale, risks, value, and recommendations.

Strategic Investment Stewardship

  • Set measurable value‑creation KPIs for assigned investments and establish a consistent review cadence versus original theses.
  • Lead recurring valuation cycles; translate insights into forecasts and strategy implications.

  • Depth in valuation and modeling, and a track record of converting analysis into clear, concise C‑suite/Board materials and decisions.
  • Proven governance acumen and experience building standardized, repeatable processes.
  • Recognized business partner with strong executive presence; able to influence across functions and mentor senior contributors.
Benefits
  • COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & RECOGNITION: competitive base salary, performance-weighted bonus, education/career support, option to join Employee Share Purchase Plan with employer matching component.
  • EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & INSURANCE: competitive health and dental coverage, flexible plan for you and your family and short-term & long-term disability plans.
