Summary of Position: The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the retail team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Demonstrating COW WOW SERVICE: All COWS customers must receive above and beyond care and attention - better than would ever be received anywhere in the world at all times.
• Greeting and serving all customers
• Being the liaison between staff and management
• Handling staff and customer concerns
• Opening and closing the store
• Preparing bank deposits
• Handling cash - making change
• Maintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store
• Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times

Qualifications:

• Is energized by customer interactions
• Has strong verbal and communication skills
• Has the ability to build a relationship with the customers and staff
• Has a team-oriented personality
• Has a competitive spirit and a desire to sell
• Has efficient and creative problem-solving skills
• Has a sense of humor

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
• Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Standing for the duration of the shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
