If you're interested in completing a management development program and becoming a Giant Tiger store manager/owner, this opportunity could be ideal for you. We seek individuals eager to make a difference in their careers and communities.

Our program provides training alongside some of Canada's best business operators. It involves working in a store in a supervisory role and training across all business areas. Upon successful completion and depending on relocation options, individuals may be offered franchise management positions.

1. A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
2. At least 3 years of retail experience in a high-volume, fast-paced store
3. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and skills
5. Strong planning and organizational skills
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and willingness to learn new software

Candidates must be willing to relocate to various markets in northern Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. Relocation arrangements will be provided and paid for by the North West Company.
