Assistant Store Managers (Back-End Operations) are responsible for all operations within the ‘back-end’ of the business including the Lumber Yard and LBM (lumber and building materials) departments, including maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing first-class customer service experience, and developing their people. This role offers a competitive salary with eligibility for annual bonus incentives.
