Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and you will maintain accurate sales records to meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, identify top prospects, and convert high-value leads into sales.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding client needs, recommending solutions, and delivering exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate effectively.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to ensure goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and provide leadership support as needed.
What You Possess for Success:

  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales metrics.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, preferably with WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is helpful but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
